Jim Gilmore: Listening to Virginians

The Jim Gilmore for Senate team has an update from the campaign.

Working Families Tour Three Recap

The third installation of the Working Families Tour built on the success of the previous two, starting in Petersburg and finishing in Gloucester. Along the way, we also stopped in Colonial Heights, Chesterfield, Henrico, Caroline, Fredericksburg, King George, Montross, Tappahannock, Kilmarnock. The crowds have been growing (we had over 100 for lunch in Henrico!), and the message is resonating! Click here to see photos from the tour.

Gilmore’s campaign brings him to The Journal

“Republicans are thirsting for victory,” said Gilmore. In his “working families” tour throughout Virginia, which had already taken him from Winchester to Southwest Virginia and from Hampton Roads through Southside Virginia, Gilmore has been on a listening tour. What he is hearing is the “People are suffering from all this crazy stuff. What they want are lower gas prices. They worry about their discretionary income. They can’t go to dinner.” - Journal Press Click here to read more news coverage from the tour.
