Richard Rahn's Washington Times article, "You lose, Soros wins," describes how Democrat politicans pass insider information on to their fat cat benefactors, Billionaire George Soros, in this instance.
Rahan might also examine Democrat Mark Warner's own profiteering from insider information. By enriching himself at the public's expense, Warner was able to buy a governorship and is currently trying to purchase a U.S. Senate seat. Rahan noted that this corrupt practice would bring criminal charges in the private sector. For Democrats it appears to be the equivalant of an Olympic event.
