July 23rd: 12th Annual Madison County GOP BBQ

Congressman Robert Hurt (5^th District), Virginia Senators Emmett Hanger (24^th District) and Mark Obenshain (26^th District), and Delegate Ed Scott (30^th District) will be the Guest Speakers at the 12th Annual Madison County Republican Barbecue, Saturday, July 23^rd, 1:00 PM at American Legion Post 157, 310 Thrift Road in the Town of Madison,

Delicious barbecue will be prepared for the event by Bill Heflin of B&K Catering.

Everyone is invited to attend this gathering.

MCRW COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS
The following projects are on-going:
*** COMMUNITY FOOD CLOSETS – A collection box is available at all MCRW monthly membership for donations of non-perishable boxed/canned food items to be forwarded to the Madison Emergency Shelter Association (MESA).
*** LITERACY PROGRAM – donations of new or gently used books for local schools, library and charities.
*** SUPPORT THE TROOPS – “Operation Warm Heart” – A collection box is available at all MCRW monthly membership meetings for donations.
