Event Alert: Visit The Family Foundation Booth at HEAV

29th Annual HEAV Homeschool Convention & Educational Fair Home
Home Education: For their future
June 7-9, 2012

Greater Richmond Convention Center - Richmond, Virginia

Have you ever considered homeschooling for your family?  Have you wanted more information but didn’t know who to ask.  Maybe you are already homeschooling and are looking for that extra boost. Or maybe you’ve been homeschooling a long time and need some new curriculum ideas?  Whatever your status, you will want to be sure to attend this year’s HEAV Homeschool Convention.

Explore the extensive Exhibit Hall (over 340 booths), a used curriculum sale (60,000+ items last year), a two-day workshop on filmmaking, a high school graduation, workshops on parenting, learning styles, family life, homeschooling, and LOTS, LOTS more.  Speakers include Dr. Ted Tripp (Shepherding a Child’s Heart), Astrophysicist Jason Lisle (The Ultimate Proof of Creation), Hal & Melanie Young(Raising Real Men), and many others!
New this year, the entire family attends for one low price.  Also new this year, children of any age may attend workshops with parents!

If you are a parent of a preschooler and homeschooling is a possible option for your family, you need to know there will be free admission for qualifying parents of preschoolers for the entire convention (click here). Your eldest child must be under five years of age, and this must be the first time the parent has attended the convention.

If you are a first-time homeschool parent of a preschooler or older child and you want to attend the three free how-to-begin workshops on Thursday, click here.

Check out the different categories of workshops available for parents and students by clicking here.

While you are there, visit The Family Foundation in the Exhibit Hall, Booth # 706 along with other quality organizations and vendors.
