Republican Women Ready to Rally
Behind Judge Kavanaugh in Confirmation Battle
 ALEXANDRIA, Va.
- Jody Rushton, president of the National Federation of Republican
Women (NFRW), issued the following statement in support of President
Donald J. Trump's nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court.
"Tonight,
Republican women across the nation are roundly cheering President Trump
for selecting another eminently-qualified and distinguished jurist to
fill the impending vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court. The NFRW
wholeheartedly supports Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and we are confident he
will protect and preserve our constitutional liberties. We stand ready
to put the full force of our grassroots network behind Judge Kavanaugh,
and we urge the U.S. Senate to move swiftly to confirm him ahead of the
court's next term in October."
