California does not control which cars Virginians buy and any thought that automobile manufacturers should face millions of dollars in civil penalties rather than allowing our
citizens to choose their own vehicles is completely absurd.
These mandates are unworkable, out of touch with reality, and — thanks to our legal team at the AG's office — irrelevant to Virginians.
This is why states have attorneys general. The people of Virginia need a lawyer on our side. I'm proud to represent our Commonwealth, and I will keep fighting for you.
