Uncovering the Untold Truth: The Real History of COVID Revealed

The pharmaceutical companies, the CDC and the NIH are earning billions from the vaccines. And as I wrote to you previously, it is well known that medical crony capitalist Anthony Fauci has profited untold millions.

It was many years in the making, and Fauci has been a central figure since the '80s. A brief history lesson of Covid and the vaccine will tell you everything you need to know:

  • In 1965, scientists discovered the coronavirus and began to modify it by studying it in animals.
  • In 1990, Pfizer created the first spiked protein vaccine based on these animal experiments. Pfizer quickly learned the vaccine did not work because the coronavirus was malleable. It modifies and mutates too rapidly for a vaccine to be effective. These findings were cited in many major publications.
  • In 2002, the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill patented an "infectious replication defective" clone of the coronavirus. In plain speak, "a bioweapon." This patent was based on research funded by Anthony Fauci and only granted after the CDC intervened and pressured the patent office.
  • In 2005, the scientific community labeled the coronavirus a "biowarfare enabling technology."
  • In 2015, a statement from the National Academy of Sciences reveals one of the true objectives of the vaccines: PROFIT.
    • It read: "To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures, such as the pan-influenza, or pan-coronavirus, vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issue. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process."
  • In 2019, Moderna received a patent for a vaccine that included the statement "for the accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen" - something that did not exist at the time.
  • In 2023, The US Congress discovered an additional and unreported $2 million in research funding to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This funding was again transferred indirectly through EcoHealth Alliance, Fauci's favorite partner for hiding illegal funding of gain-of-function research.
  • Since 2005, well over $10 billion has been funneled to research institutions at the direction of Fauci and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to ILLEGALLY fund gain-of-function research and the development of the mRNA vaccines.

COVID-19 virus was engineered in a lab. So were the COVID-19 shots – and with patents preceding the virus.

What came first, the chicken or the egg? The manufactured virus or the manufactured treatment? Was the creation of COVID-19 designed to sell a treatment?

This system of manipulation and betrayal from the revolving door of Big Pharma and three-letter government health agencies (NIH, CDC, FDA …) goes beyond brazenly disregarding the health and welfare of the American people … these are crimes against humanity!

IRLI, D.C. Candidate for Mayor Defend Suit to Stop D.C. Alien Voting Law

July 17, 2023

Shows law violates right of U.S. citizens in the nation's capital to govern themselves

WASHINGTON—On Friday, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) filed a response to the D.C. Board of Election's motion to dismiss a lawsuit IRLI has brought against it to bring down a District of Columbia law allowing aliens—including illegal aliens and even foreign diplomats—who reside in the city to vote in municipal elections. In the suit, IRLI represents Stacia Hall, the Republican candidate for D.C. mayor in 2022, and six other U.S. citizen D.C. voters.

In its brief, IRLI points out that the extension of the vote from U.S. citizens to aliens automatically dilutes the votes of U.S. citizens. Such vote dilution based on citizenship—harming citizens as it benefits noncitizens—denies citizens the equal protection of the law, if that dilution lacks an adequate justification.

No justification for this law can stand against the sovereign interest that all American citizens have in the democratic self-government of their country. As the Supreme Court has held repeatedly, the body politic of this nation consists of its citizens, and the right to govern—and to vote—is "reserved" to them.

Indeed, IRLI shows, the fundamental right to citizen self-government is proclaimed in the Constitution's first three words, "We the People." Since the people—that is, citizens—established the Constitution, and the Constitution is "the supreme Law of the Land," citizens must have been—and still are—the sovereign of this country. As such, citizens, as the Supreme Court has put it, have a "right . . . to be governed by their citizen peers," not foreigners.

"The sovereign of this democratic nation is the people, U.S. citizens," said Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of IRLI. "When their power is eroded, our nation begins to lose its very independence. And that erosion is set to escalate. Already, there have been calls to let aliens vote in statewide elections. We hope the court sees how deeply at variance with the Constitution this law is, and strikes it down to protect our American democracy."

The case is Hall, et al., v. DC Board of Elections, No. 1:23-cv-01261 (D.D.C.).

EMET Profoundly Thanks Senator Ted Cruz and 14 of of His Senate Colleagues

We, at EMET, sincerely express our deep gratitude to 15 US Senators, including Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Marco Rubio (R-FL), John Cornyn  (R-TX), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Rick Scott (R-FL), Bill Hagerty  (R-TN), Ted Budd (R-NC), Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Tim Scott, (R-SC)Tom Cotton (R-AR), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Mike Braun, (R-IN), John Barrasso (R-WY), Jim Risch (R-ID), and Roger Wicker, (R-MS) who had written to President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken on July 11th  about discriminatory practices against the state of Israel.

In it, the Senators write: "The guidance does something America has never done before unilaterally impose territorial restrictions on U.S. scientific research aid to Israel. Decades ago, the U.S. and Israel bilaterally agreed to such limits against the backdrop of unique regional conditions, but in 2020, both sides rescinded and rejected them as discriminatory."

The letter comes about as a result of "guidance" for our US agencies to halt any scientific funding or collaborative research between the United States and Israel, if the institutions are based in Judea and Samaria, (the "West Bank"), East Jerusalem, or the Golan Heights. These territories had been captured in Israel's defensive war of 1967. The letter also calls out the administration for not informing Congress about this, and for the fact that they had to learn about this through journalists.

The letter also states that this "guidance", as written, "constitutes an antisemitic boycott against Israel". It goes on to state "The American people and Congress broadly and deeply oppose boycott efforts against Israel, which have been repeatedly defined in U.S. law as efforts to limit commercial with persons doing business in any territories controlled by Israel (see, e.g., 19 USC § 4452(f)(1) and 19 USC § 4201(b)(20)). It goes on to state that according to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working  definition of antisemitism, this policy holds Israel to a "double standard", which is one long-held example of antisemitism.

Many of these institutions are deeply engaged in medical, scientific, and technological endeavors that not only serve to benefit all of humanity but also employ thousands of Israeli Jews, Palestinians, and Israeli Arabs. As the letter states, "This guidance, in particular, puts Americans' safety, security, and prosperity at risk because it politicizes and undermines cooperation on science and technology, including in areas such as defense and medicine where also our Israeli allies have proven themselves critical partners. It vitiates the neutral, objective criteria that relevant organizations are required by their charters and the law to use when evaluating grants, and potentially force them to act illegally – broadly endangering their ability to continue funding such research on behalf of Americans and Israelis."

This decision had been in effect prior to the previous administration but was reversed by the Trump White House. The letter calls upon the administration to "rescind this discriminatory guidance", and it emphasizes that "any effort to deepen American policies that discriminate between territories Israel controlled before and after June 1967 will risk a full rupture in my/our ability to engage the Department of State on these issues." It goes on to state that "Candidly, it is untenable for State Department officials to continue testifying to Congress that they support the U.S.-Israel relationship and then – once out of view – to push policies designed to undermine that relationship. Without a reversal in these trends, Congressional oversight and the expeditious vetting of nominees would become intractable."

Says Sarah Stern, Founder and President of EMET, "The Biden White House refuses to acknowledge that the Oslo paradigm of "land for peace" is irrevocably broken and that all of the many offers made by the Israelis to the Palestinians have been summarily rejected by Palestinian interlocutors. Today, we are seeing a failed Palestinian leadership and that America's enemy, Iran has taken hold of the major Palestinian resistance groups in the disputed territories. The failure of the State Department to honestly and objectively examine whether or not this paradigm is working indicates a total deficiency of creativity  imagination, intellectual honesty, and objectivity."

Congressman Good Update: Supporting our Men and Women in Uniform

This week, the House debated and passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The NDAA establishes the military's spending priorities and policies for the upcoming fiscal year. The American people deserve the world's strongest military which is equipped and ready to protect our country. It is Congress' constitutional duty to focus on funding a lethal fighting force while also working to rein in wasteful spending at the Pentagon

This year's defense bill would end the paid abortion travel policy at the Department of Defense and block taxpayer funded transgender surgeries. The bill defunds climate programs and so-called "DEI" programs. The legislation also includes a first step toward reinstatement of men and women who were wrongfully discharged under the vaccine mandate.

I filed four amendments to the NDAA: to stop taxpayer funding for the CCP, to provide local police departments with access to needed surplus military equipment, to reverse the decisions of the anti-American history Naming Commission, and to ban high ranking military personnel like Mark Milley from lobbying the federal government until ten years after retirement. I was proud that my amendments to provide our police with surplus military equipment and to ensure no taxpayer money goes to the CCP were adopted and included in this legislation.

This NDAA represents a significant improvement over the radical agenda in the Democrat versions from the past two years. The House Leadership must now demonstrate unprecedented strength and resolve in negotiations with the Senate.

Ending Special Treatment for the NEA

The National Education Association (NEA) may have been started with good intentions, when Congress created it in 1906 "to elevate the character and advance the interests of the profession of teaching." However, it has increasingly become an extension of the Democrat Party. In the 2020 election cycle, nearly all of its more than $100 million in campaign contributions went to Democrat candidates. In 2020 and 2021, the NEA fought against the reopening of schools by threatening strikes and influencing CDC guidance advising against a return to in-person learning.

The NEA long ago departed from its core mission and instead pushes a woke agenda. At a 2019 conference, members voted in support of the right to abortion, illegal immigrant justice, and student Gender Sexuality Alliance clubs. In July 2021, the NEA adopted measures supporting critical race theory (CRT). The NEA also provides resources to teachers on how to defy state laws that limit teaching on CRT and sexually explicit content, and actively supports sexualized books for summer reading.

That's why I just introduced the National Education Association Charter Repeal Act, which effectively revokes the NEA's congressional "seal of approval" and eliminates the organization's special property tax exempt status.

Congress must do more to fight for America's parents and children, and I am proud to sponsor this legislation.

Bringing Transparency to Healthcare Costs

Healthcare costs are a top issue for Americans struggling under the high cost of "Bidenomics." We need a healthcare market that works for all Americans, not a government-run socialized medicine scheme.

As HELP Subcommittee Chairman, I am working to identify reforms that will helpfix our healthcare system by increasing transparency and reducing costs. That is why I introduced the bipartisan Transparency in Coverage Act, which passed the House Committee on Education and the Workforce this week. My legislation will bring more transparency to healthcare pricing by requiring accurate and timely disclosure by health insurance providers and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).

Curious Changes

By Gary Bauer

In mid-May, the Department of Justice radically changed its website and erased significant amounts of content related to the sex trafficking of minors. Whole sections devoted to domestic and international sex trafficking of minors disappeared.

Here's one section on the grooming of victims that was removed:

"After cultivating a relationship with the child and engendering a false sense of trust, the trafficker will begin engaging the child in prostitution, and use physical, emotional, and psychological abuse to keep the child trapped in a life of prostitution.

"It is common for traffickers to isolate victims by moving them far away from friends and family, altering their physical appearances, or continuously moving them to new locations. Victims are heavily conditioned to remain loyal to the trafficker and to distrust law enforcement."

Kudos to Natalie Winters of the War Room for exposing these curious changes.

I'm sure if anyone asked the Biden Justice Department why these changes were made, they'd offer some lame excuse about making the site more efficient. Call me skeptical.

Let's not forget the grooming that's going on in our schools by the LGBTQ mafia and the Biden Administration, as well as the sex trafficking problem that Biden's open border policies are enabling at the southern border.

The Trump Administration went to great lengths to ensure that adults coming across our border with children were in fact related to the children. Trump officials understood how children were being exploited. But Biden scrapped all those precautions and safeguards.

Why? The best possible spin is that they're desperate to empty the detention centers as quickly as possible so the border crisis doesn't look as bad as it is.

Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy ripped the Biden Administration for making the U.S. government "complicit in child sex trafficking and slavery." Sadly, she's right.

Rep. Donalds Leads Bipartisan Letter To The Department Of Defense In Support Of Project Pele

And Soon They Will Control Everything

Jonathan Emord

Digital technology, from cryptocurrency to artificial intelligence, promises to transform every aspect of our lives. Will that transformation promote liberty or tyranny? Those who seek centralized government control, from President Biden to President Xi Jinping, intend to exploit digital technology to divest Americans of freedom in favor of government planning. The survival of individual liberty is very much at stake. Legal barriers against domestic and global governmental interference with the digital marketplace are urgently needed. Consistent with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the emerging digital marketplace must be free, private, and protected against government political influence and control. The bellwether of economic liberty, free enterprise, must reign in the digital world as it has in the analog world.

The Founding Fathers understood the Constitution's very purpose to be protection of individual liberty whether in the realm of economics or politics ("That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men . . ." Declaration of Independence, para. 2). President Roosevelt's First and Second New Deals reneged on that core constitutional purpose by ordering government to devour private ownership and control to serve political ends. The Supreme Court ultimately acquiesced in that assumption of government power beyond constitutional limits in a line of cases from Nebbia v. New York in 1934 to U.S. v. Carolene Products in 1938. The Court reduced defense of economic liberty to a mere rational basis review, inviting usurpation of private property rights by state and federal governments. From 1938 forward, economic liberty has had virtually no protection from government in direct opposition to the Framers' intent. Since then, the government has only been required to show that it has some cogent rationale, some "rational basis" (that its means are rationally related to a legitimate government interest, real or imaginary) for its economic regulation to be upheld as constitutional, regardless of the extent to which its actions ravage private property. That fundamental departure from the Framers' intent is now a major Achilles heel that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the international organizations the CCP influences, and the Biden administration are exploiting in their rush to achieve a global digital ID and a centralized digital banking currency.

Recommended

On March 20, 2023, President Biden vetoed a bill that would have overturned a U.S. Department of Labor rule allowing private retirement fund investment managers to take into account Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors (such as a company's carbon footprint, the racial or gender composition of its board of directors, or its commitment to the Administration's climate change agenda) in making investment decisions. President Biden has issued several executive orders compelling federal departments and agencies to implement ESG agendas. Among those now implementing ESG are the Departments of Labor, Transportation, and Treasury (through the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency), the SEC, the EPA, and OSHA. Asset management firm BlackRock and numerous other leading domestically headquartered firms are presently implementing ESG over an estimated $8.4 trillion in assets.

The ESG concept grew out of musings by United Nations staffers, which then caught the attention of UN leadership, foremost among them Paul Clements-Hunt, the former head of UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative, who helped popularize the idea of redirecting private investment away from what would yield maximum profit (capitalism) to what was politically preferred by governments and governmental proxies (socialism). Deny access to capital for all but far left causes and, voila, capitalism gives way to socialism overnight.

The Biden administration is cooperating enthusiastically with international organizations that are under the heavy influence of Communist China in the effort to make digital IDs a global phenomenon by 2025 and to usurp private digital currencies with central bank digital currencies (CBDC). Through these means, it will be possible for governments and their proxy organizations to compel individuals to follow politically preferred directions (totalitarianism) depriving them of individual sovereignty and free choice in virtually every area of life, among them healthcare (requiring vaccination and dictating medical treatment options); lending and investment (mandating ESG scores); and purchasing decisions (denying purchase for those with certain ESG scores).

Xi Jinping ordered the CCP to take "an active part in leading the reform of the global governance system." China has therefore insinuated itself into global governance of all leading international quasi-governmental organizations, like the UN, WHO, IMF, BIS, and the FATF, doing so through a combination of strategic investments in these entities and exercise of influence, first over key CCP-sympathetic proxies and now increasingly through direct involvement of Chinese nationals and CCP members. All treaty-based international organizations that wield power over member states are increasingly dominated by a Who's Who of Chinese communists. As early as 2020, the writing was on the wall, with Kristine Lee of Politico reporting that Qu Dongyu, former Chinese Vice Minister of Agriculture, had become the head of the UN Food and Agricultural Agency; Zhao Houlin of China's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications had become the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union; Liu Zhenmin, China's former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, had become a leader in the U.N. Department of Economics and Social Affairs; and Chinese national Fang Liu had become a leader in the UN International Civil Aviation Organization. Lee summarized the impact of President Xi's efforts: "Beijing has moved expeditiously to impose its illiberal values on international organizations. Through a combination of deft coalition-building, strategically timed financial contributions and narrative-shaping efforts, Beijing has made progress in transforming the U.N. into a platform for its foreign policy agenda . . ." And it is not only the UN but also virtually every treaty-based international organization.

With no effective counterpoise from the Biden administration and, to the contrary, with that administration's various tacit or overt complicity, China's quest to deprive citizens, including those of the United States, of individual liberty and sovereignty, proceeds apace through regulation of digitization (e.g., global digital IDs and central bank digital currencies). A "Brave New World," to draw from Aldous Huxley, a world of tyranny, not of liberty, threatens those who yearn to be free.

Since the first decade of this century, the UN has been working feverishly on plans for international control over digital IDs and currencies as means to alter human behavior in favor of directions chosen by government and quasi-government actors (most notably the CCP). The UN is demanding that member states adopt digital IDs for all citizens by 2025. As a proxy for Communist China, the UN and other international bodies will be able to obliterate any reserve of privacy and free choice left for individuals in member states, like the United States, via national digital IDs. Digital IDs will include in one account information now kept separately, such as from driver's licenses, medical records, and passports. Moreover, because Digital IDs will likely be required ubiquitously and, even if not ubiquitous, may be combined in digital profiles with information obtained from digital wallets regulated by Central Bank Digital Currencies that track every purchase, a person's health, economic, and political profile will be instantly accessible by governments and enable state and government-coerced private action restrictive of individual liberty.

It is not difficult to perceive the consequences of the extreme government control enabled by digital IDs and CBDCs. Want to ride on public transit? No, your Digital ID does not record a COVID vaccine. Want a home equity or car loan? No, you lack a preferred ESG score. Want to attend a concert at a public venue? No, your CBDC information suggests you harbor a viewpoint deemed "offensive."

To ensure protection for individual liberty and privacy against totalitarian government and China-influenced international organization control, the United States should withdraw from international organizations that pursue global governance in place of our constitutionally protected rights and sovereignty and prohibit use of government digital IDs and CBDCs domestically. Instead, the United States should protect the growth and development of private digital currencies and prohibit use of ESG scoring as a basis for any government action or regulated entity lending, sale, or purchasing decision.

Gary Bauer: Reality vs. Ideology

Joe Biden has made no secret about his desire to "change the entire economy." (Here, here and here.) That's one big reason why he's pushing so hard for electric vehicles. But now Biden is getting some serious pushback.

More than 100 energy, agriculture and farming groups are protesting the Biden Administration's aggressive and unrealistic crackdown on cars and trucks. The presidents of Toyota and Stellantis (what used to be Chrysler) are also criticizing Biden's mad rush to electric vehicles, warning that it won't work and will cause major economic disruptions.

For example, Toyota executives crunched the numbers on the Biden Administration's ideological demands versus reality. Here's what they found:

  • To meet the federal [zero-emissions vehicle] sales targets, we must have 1.2 million public chargers by 2030. That amounts to 400 new chargers per day. That's not going to happen.

  • We also need more than 300 new lithium, cobalt, nickel and graphite mines to meet the anticipated battery demand. But Biden keeps blocking new mining developments. (Here and here.)

  • Moreover, "the amount of raw materials in one long-range battery electric vehicle could instead be used to make 6 plug-in hybrid electric vehicles or 90 hybrid electric vehicles."

Meanwhile, Biden's got big problems with the United Auto Workers (UAW). The union is so far refusing to endorse Biden because his billions of dollars in subsidies for electric cars hasn't translated into more jobs or better wages for auto workers.

In fact, the Green agenda appears to be destroying blue collar jobs in America. Big corporations are getting billions while they are slashing salaries and opening plants in foreign countries. (Here and here.)

Rep. Donalds Provides An Update Regarding American Contract Systems Facility

WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) provided the following memorandum from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, providing a critical update regarding the American Contract Systems Facility in Fort Myers.

MEMORANDUM

Good afternoon:

As of July 7th, the American Contract Systems facility in Fort Myers (ACS – Fort Myers) completed the installation of two dry bed scrubbers to reduce air pollution associated with the facility's medical equipment sterilization activities. These controls are 99.9% effective in reducing ethylene oxide (EtO) levels in the air that is vented from the facility, and these new controls are anticipated to reduce EtO emissions from the facility from approximately 5 pounds per day to less than 0.05 pounds per day.

As part of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) regulatory oversight, the agency conducted an inspection of the ACS – Fort Myers facility this afternoon, and DEP is overseeing the preliminary testing of the scrubbers to ensure their effectiveness. In the coming weeks, the facility will perform a full stack test using a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved method, which DEP will also oversee.

These new controls reduce the risk well below the threshold that EPA used in modeling risks associated with the ACS – Fort Myers facility. DEP anticipates that EPA will remodel the risks associated with this facility now that the new controls are operational.

Today's inspection report is available online.

Learn more about this facility here.

Statement from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection:

Over the past few years, DEP has assisted EPA in collecting emissions data for Florida's six commercial sterilization facilities, including ACS – Fort Myers, as EPA conducted a nationwide analysis of EtO emissions. As part of this information collecting process, DEP also conducted inspections at the facility to better understand facility operations and emission controls. These were in addition to DEP's routine compliance inspections.

DEP is aware that EPA intends to move forward with rulemaking to strengthen emission standards for EtO and that it will impact facilities throughout the U.S., including ACS – Fort Myers.

In advance of this rulemaking effort, ACS – Fort Myers voluntarily installed new emissions controls for EtO at the facility that reduce the risk well below the threshold used in EPA's modeling. With these new controls installed and operational, DEP anticipates that EPA will remodel this facility to confirm the reduced risk to the community.

ACS – Fort Myers and the five other Florida facilities have met and continue to meet all current federal air emissions standards and are in compliance with all conditions of their respective air operation permits.

DEP is committed to protecting Florida's air quality and looks forward to participating in the upcoming rulemaking effort.
