ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Ann Schockett, President of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), issued this statement following President Donald J. Trump's State of the Union Address:
"Tonight, Americans saw President Trump rising tall above Democrats' petty partisan games. The President has remained focused and is delivering historic results. For women, the 'State of the Union' has never been better! Women are enjoying record low unemployment and a booming economy; America is safer and stronger; and education programs, healthcare initiatives and more set the stage for an even brighter future."
Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women is the largest grassroots Republican women's organization in the nation. NFRW provides a forum for women to serve as leaders in the political, government, and civic arenas. NFRW objectives are to recruit, train and elect Republican candidates, promote the principles of the Republican Party, educate the public and protect the integrity of our electoral process.
