"The Obama administration’s new nuclear policy takes the irresponsible step of reducing the role of nuclear weapons in our national security strategy at a time when the number of nuclear-armed actors is increasing. President Obama wants to diminish our nuclear capability to fulfill his dreams of a world without nukes. But, as I write in my Human Events, column today, by unilaterally getting rid of our nuclear weapons, Obama is increasing the chances that he—or more likely some future U.S. president—will need to use them."
