A float with an outhouse and the words “Obama Presidential Library” on it, in the Fourth of July parade in downtown Norfolk on Friday morning. A member of the parade committee said the float, which received criticism from a city councilman and the Nebraska Democratic Party, among others, was the most popular one in the parade.
