Second, Delegate Kathy Byron (R-22, Lynchburg), the patron of the ultrasound bill.  There may be no legislator in Richmond who has been more viciously attacked this session than Delegate Byron, but she never wavered, and fought for the strongest ultrasound bill possible, even in her own Republican caucus when some urged her to back down.
