The August meeting of the Rappahannock County Republican Committee will highlight an appearance by the two Republican candidates for the (proposed) 18th District seat of the VA House of Delegates.
Kevin P. Kelley and Michael Webert will each give a 5-minute presentation, followed by a Q&A period from attendees.
