WASHINGTON—The following is a statement from the Immigration Reform Law Institute on the 2024 presidential election results:
"The American people have spoken clearly that they want secure borders and for the immigration laws of our land to be enforced. The election of President-elect Trump to another term is an opportunity to roll back the catastrophic damage that has been done after four years of lawlessness and chaos.
"The anti-borders movement, funded by billionaires and supported by political and media figures at the highest levels, will not accept this outcome as a rejection of their reckless and cynical agenda. They will work nonstop to thwart the wishes of the American people with frivolous lawsuits, sanctuary policies, bureaucratic resistance and more.
"As it did in Donald Trump's first term, the Immigration Reform Law Institute will deploy its litigation team which includes a network of attorneys throughout the land to counter this effort to further weaken the country. We will support and defend the policies of the incoming administration that enforce our laws to make America safer, stronger and more prosperous." |
