In the News:
Obama reconfirmed today that he considers himself a one term president, “I am confident that before my four year term is over that I will have effectively destroyed America: this is my struggle. Before my four years are up, America will no longer exist as a nation and I will rule the world from the UN.”
Mass hysteria erupted across the Arab world and chants of, “The Twelfth Imam has come, could be heard in the street of every Muslim country in the world.”
One Arab youth interviewed in the streets of Gaza said, “We suspected it all along; this explains why he has no birth certificate.”

IN THE NEWS
The UN General Council convened early this morning and announced that America has just been declared a third world nation and is eligible for financial aid. The White House responded by stating that it was always Obama’s childhood dream having been born in Kenya to rule over a banana republic.
In other news, Obama having successfully destroyed the coal industry and stopping nearly all oil production was last seen bowing again before the leaders of Saudi Arabia and begging for more oil.
The transition from the dollar to the Euro is expected to begin next month.
Obama, having campaigned in all 57 states was enraged the other night when no one in the White House could find a bottle of Heinz 50 steak sauce for his dinner.
Toyota has suffered a minor setback due to the fact that their cars self -accelerate, the brakes fail and the power steering goes out, other than that, they are fine cars. President Obama has stated that Toyota is too big to fail and has asked democrats in congress to borrow more money from China to buy Toyota for him.
Expecting a major victory in November for the Republicans, Obama has suspended both Houses of Congress and has declared all laws will now be written and passed via a parliament of 300 Czars to be appointed by the president.
He has declared that from henceforth the First Lady shall be referred to as the Czarina.
It has recently been discovered that Marxist extremists were able to plant microchips in small children born in Kenya and to completely control their minds. These children were later smuggled to Hawaii and given Hawaiian birth certificates. `
Do to soaring unemployment, the president has just signed executive order 666 whereby government work programs will employ 20 percent of the population repairing roads and planting potatoes. In order to maintain law and order, all persons will be required to receive a microchip in their hand or forehead with the president’s image. All citizens refusing to bow down and worship our president will be executed on the spot without trial.
Meanwhile in an effort to repay our debt to China all national parks are expected to become Chinese property. Obama stated that even though this will only satisfy a fraction of the debt, he is hopeful that the Chinese will be willing to negotiate for Fort Knox, Alaska and California with a possible few other states to be thrown into the deal.
The Terminator speaking from his private jet commented, “Hey, I only terminated California, the Obamanator terminated the entire country; he’s a newer model terminator.”
This will be our last news transmission, due to the fact that Iran has the bomb and we are shutting down our station and moving to the mountain. Should you survive the blast, you can find us at Liberty Cave Radio via ham radio.
Now signing off, it was a good country while it lasted.

UN Commission Ends with Delegates Saying No to Abortion
UN Commission Ends with Delegations Saying No to Abortion
By Samantha Singson
(NEW YORK – C-FAM) As the sun rose on the last day of negotiations at the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) at the United Nations (UN) today, delegations were still embroiled in a contentious debate over language concerning “sexual and reproductive health and rights,” which some radical NGOs and UN committees have interpreted and used to promote abortion. As UN member states came together at the closing meeting to adopt the document, delegations took the floor to define abortion out of the document.
Up until the eleventh hour, the contentious term “sexual and reproductive health and rights” remained in the draft document. Just prior to adoption, Iran took the floor to object to the phrase which has never before been included in any negotiated UN document. Iran stressed that the term remained problematic for a number of delegations and urged the Commission to revert back to previously agreed upon and carefully negotiated language from the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Program of Action, which is understood not to create any right to abortion.
In an attempt to get consensus, the chairwoman from Mexico suspended the meeting and after twenty minutes, returned to the room and announced that Iran’s proposal would be accepted and that the term “sexual and reproductive health and rights” would be removed from the text. The document was then adopted by consensus.
Several delegations, however, went further and made statements to explicitly define abortion out of the CPD document and to reiterate that the document created no new rights. Comoros, Peru, Poland, Ireland, Chile, the Holy See, Malta, and Saint Lucia spoke out against the other remaining reproductive health-related terms such as “reproductive rights,” “reproductive health services” and “sexual and reproductive health” and emphasized that these could not be construed to “support, endorse or promote” abortion.
Malta’s ambassador stated that his delegation was finding it more difficult in accepting the resolutions of UN bodies like the CPD where there were consistent attempts to expand “reproductive health” to include abortion.
Saint Lucia made an explicit objection to the term “safe abortion” because the term could “give the impression that abortion was a procedure completely free of medical and psychological risks.” Saint Lucia also highlighted a provision in the CPD document which called on states where abortion was legal to “train and equip health service providers and should take such measures to ensure that such abortion is safe and accessible.” The Saint Lucian representative stressed that her delegation understood this provision did not impact the right of healthcare providers to refuse to perform or be complicit in abortions as a matter of conscience, stating, “Again, no new rights are created or acknowledged in this document, and the universal right to conscience can in no way be overridden or weakened.”
Only the representative of Norway expressed regret that the term “sexual and reproductive rights” was not accepted in the text, saying that his country had widespread access to abortion and virtually no negative effects on women.
The CPD will next meet in April 2010.

Abortion is detrimental to children
Austin Ruse, President, Catholic Family & Human Rights Institute, reports that Cameroon has resisted the UN's pro-abortion pressure.

Cameroon Tells Pro-Abortion
UN Committee “Abortion is Murder”
By Samantha Singson
(NEW YORK – C-FAM) The committee that monitors state compliance with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) will begin a new session in Geneva next week, but even prior to the meeting six of the eight states who will be reviewed have already been questioned on abortion. In a stinging written response to the CEDAW committee’s advance questions, Cameroon fired back that “abortion is murder.”
CEDAW does not mention abortion, but the committee has courted controversy for years by pressuring over 65 countries to liberalize their abortion laws. In a written communication to the Cameroon government, the CEDAW committee asked the government to account for how they have implemented CEDAW’s previous recommendations to “review the abortion law and increase access to, and availability of, contraception.”
The government of Cameroon provided a lengthy written answer to the question and repudiated the tendency to “elevate” abortion to “the rank of a right and dignity.” Cameroon continued that abortion “is portrayed as a freedom without mentioning that the mother exercises this freedom to the detriment of the child’s.”
The Cameroon response lists the risks associated with abortion, including death, intestinal aspiration, hemorrhaging, infection, sterility, ectopic pregnancy, future miscarriage, perforation of the uterus and distress. Cameroon warned that new ideologies and scientific and technical progress “must not lead to an erosion in basic values.”
Cameroon emphasized the traditional African philosophy that “recognizes the permanent bond that links societies and families to their ancestors” and how children are a “bridge between generations past and present, while representing future prospects for communities.” Therefore, any abortion performed for any reason “other than to save the life of the mother or child, impedes the expression of this vital social dynamic.”
Cameroon also reminded the CEDAW committee of an aspect it feels is overlooked – “the tremendous joy that the possibility of having a child brings to women, as well as to men and families.” Cameroon asks the members of the committee to “Think for a moment of the anguish felt by the many couples who do not have children; think of the thousands of women and men who, in spite of their comfortable material existence, desperately want a child, even if it means adopting just one child.”
While the recommendations of the CEDAW committee are non-binding, abortion activists have brought litigation in various countries citing human rights treaty bodies, like the CEDAW Committee, in challenging laws against abortion. Such arguments helped convince the Colombian constitutional court to liberalize that country’s restrictions on the practice.
CEDAW critics will be watching the next session closely to monitor the performance of several newly elected committee members such as Violet Tsisiga Awori of Kenya and Barbara Evelyn Bailey of Jamaica, who were high-ranking members of non-government organizations that advocated for abortion rights in their respective regions.
Along with Cameroon, the CEDAW Committee will also be reviewing the country reports of Armenia, Dominica, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, Libya and Rwanda.

Sign the UN Petition for the Unborn Child
"The UN will celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this December 10th.
To celebrate this occasion, radical pro-abortion groups intend to present the UN General Assembly with petitions calling for a universal right to abortion.
The largest, richest and most powerful pro-abortion groups are even now planning their attack on the unborn at the General Assembly.
Campaigns are being waged right now by International Planned Parenthood Federation and Maire Stopes International, the two groups responsible for more abortions than any other groups in the world. Both are beloved of the powers that be at the UN; and their efforts to promote an international right to abortion are welcomed by many UN Member States, perhaps most of the UN bureaucracy, and powerful US foundations that give millions to promote abortion at the UN and around the world.
We must stop them this December.
I am writing to ask you to sign a petition calling on UN Members States to interpret the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as protecting the unborn child from abortion. Did you know that the Universal Declaration calls for a right to life? Did you know that UN committees now interpret that as a right to abortion? We can stop them.
Please go HERE to sign the petition which we will present at the UN on December 10th, the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. At the very least we must match what the pro-abortion advocates will present to the UN that day! They will present thousands and thousands of names. WE MUST MATCH THEM!
Go HERE to sign the petition and then please send this email to all of your family and friends. Our goal is to present 50,000+ names to the General Assembly. We need your help right now to block the pro-aborts from making huge progress for abortion at the UN.
We are going to run this campaign for the next six weeks. There is plenty of time to get this petition to everyone in your address book and all around the world. This is an international right. Please help us now.
Imagine the look on their faces when we slam down 50,000 names! Be a part of that. Sign the petition HERE and send this all over the world."

Video: Religious Persecution
My son Jordan Sekulow went there to work on a critical story on religious freedom that will air on our television and radio programs in the weeks to come.
You will meet a young couple who converted from Islam to Christianity and are now facing deportation to Syria. This will be a death sentence for them. They sought political asylum in the UK because of the danger they would face back in Syria. Under Sharia law, changing one's religion from Islam to Christianity is apostasy and is punishable by death.
I urge you to watch this very brief video update now. Religious persecution worldwide is an increasingly urgent matter to which we are not immune here in the United States.
We must remain vigilant - protecting our Christian brothers and sisters and fighting for religious freedom on their behalf.
And we must keep our eyes open to the threats at the United Nations, poised by the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC). Their dangerous resolution discriminating against Christians - so that practicing your faith is an international crime - is the most aggressive, far-reaching, anti-Christian push we are up against today.
Please commit this serious matter to prayer. To learn more about the ACLJ's efforts to protect your religious freedom - and combat the OIC's resolution at the United Nations - please visit www.aclj.org today. Thank you."

Obama: Destroying the U.S. Economy for an International Criminal Organization
The United Nations' Millennium Development Goal -- proclaimed in 2000 -- contains plans for the additional plundering of your bank account.
Among their stated goals are:
a "currency transfer tax," -- that is, a tax imposed on companies and individuals who, in the course of traveling or doing international business, must exchange dollars for foreign currency (that's you on a vacation to Scotland);
a "tax on the rental value of land and natural resources;" (Will they make us pay taxes on the oil the Democrats won't let us harvest?)
and "fees for the commercial use of the oceans, fees for airplane use of the skies, fees for the use of the electromagnetic spectrum... and a tax on the carbon content of fuels."
In other words, the skies and the oceans no longer belong to everyone. They belong to the third-world countries who run the United Nations. Soon enough they'll be taxing us on our use of sunlight.
It's clearly time to make the United Nations eat dust, before this coalition of demonic politicians and international swindlers destroys the U.S. economy -- and with it the only real hope of substantially reducing third-world poverty.

Say NO to The Global Welfare Act (S.2433)
Yet tax happy liberals demand more. The Global Poverty Act of 2007 (S.2433) is coming up for a vote after the July 4th recess, according to the office of Kay Bailey Hutchison, according to AmericanThinker.com. This is nothing more than a proposed global welfare system, part of a nefarious U.N. plot to impose a Global Tax under the guise of the Millennium Development Goal. The taxation is scheduled to begin as an energy or fuel tax. Taxes on currency exchange, land, sea and even the air are among those slated to follow. The Center for Individual Freedom has the facts:
"The bill's main sponsor, Senator Barack Obama -- along with the other sponsors, including a group of Republicans-In-Name-Only (RINOs) such as Senators Chuck Hagel, Olympia Snowe, and Richard Lugar -- probably hopes you have forgotten.
There are legislators on both sides of the aisle who would love nothing more than to slip it by the Senate one sleepy, summer day.
This bill has already passed the House by voice vote and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee by voice vote. That means your legislator can tell you he is "against it" even if he shouted out "Aye" at the top of his lungs."
As author Edward Cline explains: "This is a stratagem adopted by legislators who fear that a bill is so outrageous that it is better that no record be kept of those who endorsed it. S.2433 was passed from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in the same manner - by voice vote, without public hearings, to protect the identities of the guilty."
What's it about? Vincent Gioia, writing in Right Side News, says:
"The Global Poverty Act (S.2433) would require the United States to spend $845 billion ($845,000,000,000.00) on welfare to third-world countries. This amounts to a tax of over $2,000 on each man, woman and child in the United States. The foreign aid budget now stands at $300 billion; the Act would add the additional expenditure to the already huge amount allocated to assist the world."
And Phyllis Schlafly wrote recently:
"Obama's costly, dangerous and altogether bad bill (S. 2433), which could come up in the Senate any day, is called the Global Poverty Act. It would commit U.S. taxpayers to spend 0.7 percent of our Gross Domestic Product on foreign handouts..."
WorldNetDaily.com quotes Cliff Kincaid at Accuracy in Media as saying:
"[T]he legislation, if approved, dedicates 0.7 percent of the U.S. gross national product to foreign aid, which over 13 years... would amount to $845 billion 'over and above what the U.S. already spends. The plan passed the House in 2007 because most members didn't realize what was in it. Congressional sponsors have been careful not to calculate the amount of foreign aid spending that it would require."
"President George W. Bush and each and every one of the Republican Members of the Senate -- particularly Republicans-In-Name-Only (RINOs), such as Senators Chuck Hagel, Olympia Snowe, and Richard Lugar.Tell them you sincerely hope that reports of the Global Poverty Act coming up for a vote right after the 4th of July are premature and unfounded. Tell them that when the American people say DO NOT pass the Global Poverty Act, they mean just that. Tell them it DOES NOT mean, pass it when you think no one is looking!"
