Someone should tell Speaker Nancy Pelosi to quit changing her story. In April, Pelosi said she had not been told about waterboarding. Thursday she called a press conference and claimed she first learned suspects were being waterboarded in 2003. But according to the Wall Street Journal, "On Sept. 4, 2002, the CIA briefed Rep. Porter Goss, then House Intelligence Committee chairman, and Mrs. Pelosi, then the committee's ranking Democrat, on enhanced interrogation techniques including waterboarding. They were the first members of Congress to be informed."

Her Story Changes like the Weather
Madam Speaker: Which Story Are You Using Today?
Someone should tell Speaker Nancy Pelosi to quit changing her story. In April, Pelosi said she had not been told about waterboarding. Thursday she called a press conference and claimed she first learned suspects were being waterboarded in 2003. But according to the Wall Street Journal, "On Sept. 4, 2002, the CIA briefed Rep. Porter Goss, then House Intelligence Committee chairman, and Mrs. Pelosi, then the committee's ranking Democrat, on enhanced interrogation techniques including waterboarding. They were the first members of Congress to be informed."
The Hill.com reports that Pelosi is now saying the CIA lied about that briefing even though she already told the Washington Post in 2007 she was there. Even Obama's CIA director Leon Panetta has doubts about Pelosi's story. Which story will Pelosi use tomorrow?
