If you go to a school board meeting or city council meeting and speak up for conservative causes, don’t be surprised if there is a guy with a cell phone or video camera taping everything you say. There’s a good chance that he is a liberal operative stalking you.
In the latest sign of just how desperate the liberals have become, the Democrat National Committee is launching its “Accountability Project.” It is sending swarms of liberal activists across the country armed with cell phones and video cameras hoping to catch conservative candidates and their supporters making potentially embarrassing statements, saying or doing anything that could be used in campaign commercials against them.
Nevermind Democrat Bob Etheridge’s sidewalk assault against a student or Paul Kanjorski’s “minorities and defectives” comment. And forget about the issues. Who cares about out-of-control spending, major tax hikes, socialized medicine, government power grabs, job-killing energy taxes, double-digit unemployment, taxpayer-funded abortions, etc. Democrats would rather focus on anything but the important issues right now.
