UVA CRs: Wrapping up summer

Good evening,

It seems that just as soon as summer starts, summer ends. We're just a few weeks away from returning to Grounds, and exactly one month away from our first interest meeting!

Statement on Student Council Resolution

The Student Council at UVA voted to support a resolution calling for a reduction of the budget of the University Police Department and a transfer of those funds to Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS).

Our statement is below:

UVA CRs has debate night

Last week we had another great debate meeting. This time we put ourselves in the Democrats' shoes (if ever so briefly) to analyze and debate which VP pick would help them the most. We also learned about the campaign process by discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the campaigns of President Trump and Vice President Biden. Even when we can't be together in person we still try to stay active!

These are troubling times, but it's important that we all keep standing up for those things in which we believe.

Hope you are enjoying these last few weeks of summer!

Our organization plays a vital role in engaging the next generation of conservatives. We rely on supporters like you to advance conservatism on Grounds and beyond. If you would like to help us in that fight, you can do so at this link. A donation of any size helps ensure that there is still a future for the message of life, liberty, and property in this country. Thank you.
