Leesburg, Virginia- The Virginia Constitutional Conservatives has launched a new effort in Virginia, the total and complete repeal of Red Flag Gun Grabs.
"Using our no-compromise, confrontational model, we will be working nonstop to repeal the unconstitutional and immoral gun grab scheme passed by the left-wing radicals in 2019," said S. Chris Anders, Director of the Virginia Constitutional Conservatives.
The Virginia Constitutional Conservatives (VCC) is the fastest growing grassroots group in Virginia. Using proven, head-on, full-contact politics, VCC stopped Northam's Gun Ban in the 2020 General Session and stopped the 2021 Homemade Gun Ban. VCC has teamed with Delegate Marie March (R-7) who is introducing legislation to completely repeal Red Flag Gun Confiscation.
"The primary duty of a State Delegate is to protect the individual liberty of those they represent. These gun grabs, without due process, violate nearly half of the Bill of Rights." Said Delegate Marie March. " There can be no compromise. The voters of my District elected me to represent them and defend their constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms and their right to due process. The Constitution is very clear, before you can lose your life, liberty or property, you must have your day in court. And that bill restores that right."
"Using hard-hitting mobilization tactics, we rained political pain on poor performing politicians, regardless of what party affiliation they claim, "Anders continued. "In the last 24 months, we have sent out over 5 million phone calls, nearly a million text messages, 10.7 million emails and reach an average of half a million conservatives in Virginia a month on social media with one goal: to mobilize conservatives to confront politicians. Now we will do the same to demand that State Politicians of both parties vote to repeal this violation of the 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments. Gun Confiscation, without due process, is the primary reason the patriots of 1775 rebelled against the British."
