PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY – Today, Yesli Vega announced United States Senator Ted Cruz has endorsed her campaign for Virginia's 7th Congressional District. Vega and Senator Cruz issued formal statements following the announcement:

Background:
Senator Ted Cruz was the only federally elected official to endorse Governor Glenn Youngkin in the Republican convention in 2021.
In January, Vega announced her run for Congress in Virginia's 7th District against Democrat Abigail Spanberger.
