"I appreciate the many concerns expressed to me about woke policies in Virginia schools and have a well-developed legislative program to end those policies by making the transitioning of youth a federal felony; by making Critical Race Theory indoctrination, segregation, and race-based admissions policies illegal through federal enforcement of the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution, and by making entry of biological males into girls and women's bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams illegal through the amendment of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act."
