"While I share the president's hope that the situation in Egypt turns out for the best, hope is not a strategy. Moreover, the president's apparent willingness to embrace the Muslim Brotherhood as part of Egypt's new leadership does not offer much hope for the "promise of a better future."
I also couldn't help but notice the contrast between the president's praise for the protestors in Egypt with the outright contempt displayed by him and leaders of his own party for the town hall protestors and Tea Party activists in this country."
