Mount Vernon Makes More History
One year and hundreds of thousands of signatures later, the Mount Vernon Statement is just as relevant in the conservative movement now as it was last February. Maybe more so, considering the debate over what is and isn't part of the conservative platform. On the Statement's one-year anniversary, we encourage you to reacquaint yourself with the three legs of the conservative movement -- social, economic, and defense -- and invite you to sign on, if you haven't already.
