Welcome Home Governor Kaine!
"Virginians should congratulate Tim Kaine on his spirited campaign for Vice President. Sure, he came up short – but it’s rare to really see him put his whole heart and soul into a job like he did trying to win the audition for Veep (one can only wonder if we’d make some progress on transportation or other important issues if he’d put the same dedication into being Governor).
Governor Kaine is spending this week in Denver with the national Democrat party, but at some point he has to come home to Virginia and get to work on the projected budget shortfall.
Yet, given some recent comments on Fox News, let’s hope the Governor can find his way home. I’ll personally offer to stock his office with fresh maps that don’t mistakenly have Delaware bordering Virginia."
