Veterans for McCain hold Loudoun County Rally

The McCain-Palin Team Virginia reports on the strong support from veterans for John McCain and Sarah Palin

"On Saturday, hundreds of Veterans from Northern Virginia gathered in support of John McCain and Sarah Palin at Landsdowne Town Center.

Congressman Frank Wolf, RADM Robert H. Shumaker, USN (Ret), Former Vietnam War POW, CDR Everett Alvarez, USN (Ret), Former Vietnam War POW, and Joe McCain were all speakers at the event.

Every Wednesday is Veterans for McCain-Palin Night at your local Victory Office. Come and join fellow veterans from your area and help John McCain and Sarah Palin. Wednesday is Vets Night

If you can't make it on a Wednesday, please join us on other nights."

MCRW COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS
The following projects are on-going:
*** COMMUNITY FOOD CLOSETS – A collection box is available at all MCRW monthly membership for donations of non-perishable boxed/canned food items to be forwarded to the Madison Emergency Shelter Association (MESA).
*** LITERACY PROGRAM – donations of new or gently used books for local schools, library and charities.
*** SUPPORT THE TROOPS – “Operation Warm Heart” – A collection box is available at all MCRW monthly membership meetings for donations.
