You know Speaker Nancy Pelosi has passed a certain point on the arrogance meter when her staff turns off her answering machine. It appears that she doesn't want to be bothered by 'the little people' trying to contact her requesting a special session of Congress to vote on making America more energy independent.
A taxpayer trying to leave Pelosi message at (202) 224-3121, will just hear the phone ring and ring until the call goes back to the operator.
Her haughty message to Americans seems to be, 'Don't bother me. Go ride a bicycle.'
