Quote of the Day

"They write as if the new president will enter Washington walking on the Potomac River. If someone suggested we make the new president king, I have no doubt that the liberals at the New York Times and the Washington Post would have pro-monarchy editorials ready in minutes. By the way, Rep. Jose Serrano (D-NY) has introduced a bill to repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which limits presidents to serving just two terms. Is that an admission that “The One” can’t get it done in four years or even eight years?

Many of you watching all of this at home must feel as if you are the last conservative in America. You aren’t, but at times recently I have felt like the last conservative in Washington, D.C.! But the truth is that nearly 60 million voters did not vote for Barack Hussein Obama, and they aren’t going away. I will do my best to oppose the socialist, big government agenda of the new administration and to rally the conservative movement in the months ahead in defense of pro-family, pro-life, pro-free enterprise policies. And I’m counting on you to stand with us!"
