ANOTHER OBAMA LIE: Democrats originally promised not to accept any corporate contributions to fund their convention, and criticized Republicans for doing so. That was before the Charlotte host committee was unable to meet even 30% of its goal. Democrats switched gears and are now acknowledging the receipt of over $20 million in corporate cash.
Among the top donors are Bank of America, Wells Fargo, AT&T, US Airways, Duke Energy and the law-and- lobbying firm McGuireWoods LLP.
