As of today, we have SIX major Presidential candidates vying for the Republican nomination and remember - early voting for our GOP presidential nominee begins here in VA on January 19 with the final day of voting March 5 (Super Tuesday).
Our US Senate candidates will be selected by statewide primary on Tuesday, June 18 (early voting begins May 3). For the US House of Representatives candidates, some Republican Congressional Committees are still deciding on their nomination process. The 1st and 7th CDs have selected a state-run primary (also June 18); the 11th CD Committee decides tonight (Monday) at their meeting and the 5th, 8th and 10th will meet soon to decide on the nomination process.
