What a sad day for women and girls!
Yesterday, the Biden administration issued its revised Title IX rule, destroying the original intent of that rule and endangering females across the country. As my colleague May Mailman, Director of Independent Women's Law Center, put it on X:

Biden has made his choice and he chose MEN over women. Biden chose the comfort of trans-identifying males over the safety and security of women and over any expectation of fairness in women's sports. Biden chose government officials eager to remove children from loving homes over parents rights and the welfare of vulnerable children. I'm disgusted. I'm angry. But I'm not giving up and neither should you!

The Biden Admin's 1577-page Title IX rule is out, and sure enough they turned the historic rule into a demand that women give up their spaces and privacy to accommodate men. And yes, that will absolutely affect sports.Read IW's full statement here.

Schools won't have to seek parental permission for children to participate in lessons on choosing and changing one's sex. Indeed, schools will very likely use Title IX's anti-discrimination mandate to justify denying parental opt-outs from these controversial lessons.More importantly, this rule may even be used to remove children from homes where the parents don't affirm a child's wish to change their name, pronouns or receive pharmaceutical and medical interventions. What's to stop a school counselor from calling that abuse?
