Rep. Forbes to Address Annual CPAC Conference on Religious Liberty


Washington, D.C. – Congressman J. Randy Forbes (VA-04), will be addressing the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on March 15th, 2013 at 1:15pm. The annual conference, which is organized by the American Conservative Union, is expected to host close to 10,000 participants this year. Congressman Forbes will be joining a distinguished panel that will discuss the "Fight for Religious Liberty: 40 Years After Roe v. Wade."

Taking place in Washington, D.C. each year, CPAC educates, brings together and energizes thousands of attendees and all of the leading conservative organizations and speakers who impact conservative thought in the nation. From Presidents of the United States to college students, CPAC has become the place to find our nation's current and future leaders and sets the conservative agenda each year. 

As Founder and Co-Chairman of the bipartisan Congressional Prayer Caucus, Congressman Forbes leads more than 90 Members of Congress in countering efforts to sanitize faith from the public square and preserving religious freedom for future generations. He has led against efforts to remove religious references from the public square, worked to protect the right to pray, and introduced legislation to affirm the more than 200-year foundation of faith in America.
