You likely missed this over the weekend, but Joe Biden was gloating over Tucker Carlson's demise at Fox News.
Speaking at the White House Correspondents Dinner Saturday night, Biden talked about vaccinations, transforming the economy and the midterm results, and said, "But the job isn't finished. I mean, it's finished for Tucker Carlson."
There were audible gasps and boos from the audience of journalists. It's not clear whether they were booing Carlson or Biden. But Biden clearly thought they were booing him. "What are you booing about? You think that's not reasonable? Give me a break," he said.
Think about for a moment. The president of the United States is celebrating the censorship of one of the leading conservative voices in America. That begs the question: How much pressure was the White House putting on the Murdoch family to silence Tucker?
