This legislation would put a stop to President Biden's promise of providing $1 billion to the United Nations' Green Climate Fund and prevent any future contributions.
No American taxpayer dollars should be sent overseas to promote climate extremism. It is time for the United States to break free from the green agenda that is destroying our nation and unleash the full potential of American energy production.
