The Supreme Court put a new twist on Kennedy’s famous phrase with their 5-4 decision to give foreign enemy combatants the same rights as American citizens to challenge their detention.

They appear to be saying,

"Feindliche Kombattanten sind Bürger von Amerika"

(Enemy combatants are citizens of America)

Leave it to liberals to create new "rights" for terrorists, from our own Constitution no less.

Dissenting Justice Antonin Scalia was surely correct in his assessment that, “The nation will live to regret what the court has done today,”
