Our Governor evidently spends many sleepless nights trying to figure out new ways to nickel and dime the taxpayers of the Commonwealth. He must have a bet with his predecessor, Mark Warner, that he can out-tax Warner's historic increase. Democrats sure love taxes, almost more than watching gas prices rise and aborting infants.
