Support the public display of the Ten Commandments

The legal team of Faith and Action In the Nation's Capital
is completing arguments they will submit on Monday to the US Supreme Court to preserve the historic place of the Ten Commandments in our national life. Show your support and sign their petition.

"Please take a second right now and sign our “Amicus Brief for the Ten Commandments” Authorization Form so we can immediately add your name to the growing list of Americans who support the public display of the Ten Commandments. To sign your name, please click here.

This will likely be the last Ten Commandments case presented to the Court for a generation. That means the future of the public display of the Ten Commandments for our children now rests with the United States Supreme Court. The nine justices will decide the fate of every Ten Commandments monument or memorial in a public setting all across the country.

And Faith and Action is at the epicenter of this historic case.

Pleasant Grove City, Utah, was sued by a Pagan Death Cult (called Summum) over the community’s Ten Commandments display in a public park.

This Pagan Death Cult (which promotes mummification and has its own leader mummified and on public display) demanded that their own death cult religious display be put next to the Ten Commandments.

Of course, the town doesn’t want to allow this Pagan Death Cult to have a display in their public park. But thanks to activist judges, the law right now says they MUST allow the Pagan Death Cult display – or remove the Ten Commandments.

THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BACKDOOR ATTEMPT TO GET RID OF DISPLAYS OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ALL ACROSS AMERICA!!

If the Pagan Death Cult wins at the Supreme Court, that means every Ten Commandments display, every veteran’s memorial, every symbol of faith in ANY public setting is threatened!

In fact, our own Ten Commandments display, which sits in our front lawn right across from the Supreme Court, is now in jeopardy.

In the District of Columbia, a front lawn on Capitol Hill is considered “public space.” Therefore, if Summum, the death cult, wins, groups like the American Atheists can file a lawsuit against us and demand that we put a display of their atheist beliefs right next to our Ten Commandments memorial - AND WE WILL BE FORCED TO DO SO!

That’s why, at this very moment, we are filing a special legal argument (called an amicus brief) with the Court – and collecting tens of thousands of signatures from concerned citizens across America in support of that brief. These legal briefs are where cases before the Supreme Court are either won or lost.

IN SPITE OF WHAT YOU MAY HEAR, SUPREME COURT JUSTICES ARE INFLUENCED BY PUBLIC OPINION!

That’s why we want them to hear from thousands of Americans like you who believe in the sacred words of Sinai AND in the Constitution.

There are two actions I need you to take to make a difference in this historic case:

  • First, sign the “Amicus Brief for the Ten Commandments” Authorization Form so we can immediately add your name to the list of supporters who stand for the public display of the Ten Commandments. When this critical battle reaches the justices I want your name next to mine!

  • Second, AND JUST AS IMPORTANT... email all of your family, friends, and fellow church members. Urge them to join you by signing in support of our Amicus Brief. We need at least 10,000 signatures by Monday afternoon.

Through this Faith and Action effort, you can join your voice with thousands of others across America and together remind the Supreme Court that Americans have a constitutional right to acknowledge God in public!

Please let me know if you will join with me and Faith and Action in this battle to publicly acknowledge God by adding your name to mine in support of our Ten Commandments Amicus Brief.

To sign your name to this critical effort, please click here.

The brief MUST be filed on Monday, June 23rd, so I need to hear from you immediately.

Thank you for standing with us in this urgent matter. Thank you for your prayerful support as together we fight to preserve America as one nation…UNDER GOD!"

Your Missionary to Capitol Hill,

Rob Schenck
