Tonight she stood alongside 170 other democrats in voting AGAINST the Laken Riley Act, a bill that requires federal officials to arrest illegal aliens who have been charged with theft in the United States.  She willingly decided to stand with illegal immigrants committing crimes in our country over the safety and security of Virginians.

Under the failed policies of Joe Biden, every state is a border state & we are dealing with the ramifications every day – just as weeks ago, when college student Laken Riley was brutally murdered on her morning run by an illegal alien.  This is what Abigail Spanberger voted for tonight; she voted in favor of putting the well-being of illegal immigrants committing crimes over Americans.
