Ask the Governor to VETO SB35
SB35/HB1130 Unconscious Bias and Cultural Competency Training. This legislation directs the Board of Medicine to Require/Mandate that all physicians take continuing education in unconscious bias and cultural competency as a requirement for renewal of licensure. The bill specifies requirements for the training and requires the Board of Medicine to report on the training to the Department of Health and the Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative. This bill is not based in science. Some questions we all should ask. Who defines the bias? What is the bias? Who decides the culture? What cultures are represented? Who decides what competency means? Who decides who is competent?

This corrupt legislation follows the mandated 2 hours of indoctrination on human trafficking in which the linked Continue Medical Education provided by the Board of Medicine was to the Polaris Project. This CME taught nothing about recognizing the medical signs and symptoms of human trafficking but taught that if the we were more open to homosexual and transsexual people and "loved" one another, human trafficking would not exist. Indoctrination. If the doctors are controlled, the people will be controlled.
What is next? Mandatory training on vaccine hesitancy. Mandatory training on the "proper treatment". This is already happening. A doctor in Washington State is fighting to save his medical license because he did not support the Covid-19 jab.
