Nancy Pelosi tearing up President Trump's State of the Union speech was a game-changing moment for Jennifer-Ruth, a U.S. Air Force veteran who currently serves in the Indiana Air National Guard - the first African-American woman and Asian-American woman to do so (her father is African-American, and her mother is Filipino). "That (gesture) was a great, devastating blow to our stability as a country," she said. "That action was more than just political theater.
