RICHMOND, VA
Richmond, VA - Amanda Chase, has issued the following statement regarding her call to the Governor for paper ballots and hand counted votes for this years election.

This morning on WRVA John Reid's morning Show I called for the Governor to issue an Executive Order to call for paper ballots and hand counted votes for this coming November's election.
"The people do not have confidence in the election process and that their sacred ballot will count. They do not trust voting computers. The only way to restore that trust is paper ballots and hand counts."
As outlined today on John Reid's Show this morning and illustrated below, the voting computers used in Virginia are connected to the internet as indicated in the manufacturer's instruction manual in which it discusses which types of modems would be compatible and how to configure a wireless modem.
If France can successfully implement paper ballots and hand counts I'm confident we can too.
