We are excited to host our 3rd annual Virginia Education Summit on May 18 in Maggiono's Italian Restaurant in Richmond! Our past conferences have covered a wide range of topics that are important to professionals, parents and stakeholders who are committed to excellence in education and providing a quality education for all children in all communities in Virginia. This year we will put our focus on an exciting and emerging trend in education - Microschools. We believe that education in the 21st century should and will look different from the past. While we have all the technological advantages of a modern society, our children are actually less able to think critically, have fewer opportunities for an experiential education and are restricted by numerous mandates that govern Virginia's public schools.
