Governor Glenn Youngkin will be signing my workforce and development legislation, SB436 at a program at the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance at 12:45 pm on Wednesday, April 10 and we would love to have you join us! This legislation expands on former Senator Frank Ruff's work to better align workforce and community college training programs with high demand job opportunities.
