I am writing today to express, once again, my unwavering support for Israel as they continue to defend their nation against escalating attacks by Iran and Islamic extremists in the region. The situation is extremely concerning, and my thoughts and prayers are with Israel and its citizens during this dangerous time.
I am disappointed that some have remained silent in recent weeks while the Biden administration, the mainstream media, and the progressive left have condemned and demonized Israel as they defend their nation from extinction. Innocent civilians, including women and children, are being targeted, and it is unacceptable.
It's time for a change.
Israel is our greatest ally in the Middle East, and we must stand with them as they face these recent attacks. We cannot allow electoral politics to dictate our response to this conflict. We must remain united and support Israel as they face increasing enemies and a hostile international landscape. Israel has not asked for American troops; they simply ask for the resources to protect citizens, their families, and their way of life.
As someone who has served in the military and has experience with conflicts in the Middle East, I understand the tactics and behavior of Iran, Hamas, and other terrorist organizations. We cannot allow them to take advantage of a fractured American populace.
The road ahead will be challenging, but we must not falter. We must continue to support Israel and its citizens as they defend their nation.
