This is the most literal power grab I've ever seen in my life. President Biden's EPA just released a new rule that forces coal and natural gas power plants to make dramatic changes to how they capture smokestack emissions — or be SHUT DOWN ENTIRELY. Does he have the authority to do this? Of course not. In fact, the Supreme Court has warned the EPA against using its regulatory powers to shut down coal-fired power plants without explicit statutory authorization from Congress. But the Biden Administration isn't paying the Court's clear warning much heed. That's why I'm joining 25 other states and taking him to court. |

But this isn't just a crisis of authority — these closures threaten the stability of our nation's energy supply.
