Julie Perry is Suing Fairfax Democrat Operatives
We're putting out a special bulletin today to bring to your attention an important election integrity-related case currently in court, in which Fairfax Democrat operatives attempted to jeopardize a Republican state senate candidate's employment in retaliation for opposing their candidate.
We caught on early that highly unusual and rather transparent attempts to prompt disciplinary action against Julie Perry, teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and 2023 Republican candidate for State Senate District 36, were being orchestrated, so we set up a trap to discover who was behind these repeated efforts.
Caught in our trap were key operatives associated with Fairfax Democrats, allies of her Democrat opponent Stella Pekarsky. Among these attempts included false calls to trigger Child Protective Services intervention using allegations that Julie was "homophobic and transphobic", among other wild-eyed and groundless claims.
Perry is presently suing over defamatory statements made in that effort and related actions by key left-wing actors in Fairfax's education establishment. The defendants are dead to rights based on the law and the plain facts of the retaliatory conspiracy to harm her employment.
Perry has this to say about the case: "Great News! Stella Pekarsky's allies are not getting away with what they did to me. As you remember, they made a false CPS call against me and tried to get me fired from my job. Thanks to my dear friend and lawyer Hayden Fisher, we filed a lawsuit with the Fairfax Circuit Court and all of the defendants were served. Just like I ran for VA-Senate in District 36 last year, Hayden Fisher also ran for VA-Senate in District 15. I am grateful for everything that he has done."
