Soros-backed anti-incarceration prosecutors, like Steve Descano in Fairfax, routinely block ICE detainers, allowing repeated sex offenders back on the street. Descano has never prosecuted a sex trafficking case while serving as Commonwealth's Attorney. The repeated release of this Honduran sex offender is the latest in a series of horrific refusals to prosecute sex offenders that marks Descano's tenure as Commonwealth's Attorney. The illegal immigrant sexually assaulted a girl in Fairfax County. ICE asked Descano to detain him so ICE could take him into custody. Descano refused and released him. The illegal immigrant then committed another sex crime against a child. He was arrested again. But again, Descano released him despite another detention request from ICE. As your next U.S. Senator, I will sponsor legislation to remove the Soros prosecutors through mandated federal enforcement of the Hobbs Act and the criminal RICO statute. And I will cut off all federal funding to states and localities that refuse to cooperate with ICE.
