NoVA GOP News: IT'S YOUR TIME TO SELECT OUR REPUBLICAN NOMINEES

Early voting began in Virginia last Friday. There is a 45-day period for absentee (mail or in-person) voting and the final day of voting is Primary Election Day - Tuesday, June 18. It's now your turn to decide who will be our Republican standard bearers.

In the statewide contest, where everyone gets to vote, there are 5 candidates for our GOP US Senate nominee against Democrat Tim Kaine. You will vote in your own precinct - no need to sign up to attend a Convention somewhere else. More than 300,000 Republicans voted in the last (2020) US Senate primary. Check out the in-depth interviews with each 2024 GOP Senate candidate by WJLA News 7 below in our Election Update section below.

In addition to the Senate race, the 5th, 7th and 10th Congressional Districts have Republican nomination contests. Finally, the cities of Lynchburg, Winchester and Roanoke County have local nomination races.
